Solar generates power during the day, but your energy needs continue into the evening and night. A Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) captures surplus solar energy and releases it when you need it most — during peak-tariff hours, grid outages or evening operations. Jaagruthi Solar designs and integrates BESS for residences, commercial buildings and industrial plants, from compact home batteries to containerised, megawatt-hour-scale systems. We use safe, long-life lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries with an advanced Battery Management System (BMS), power conversion system (PCS) and Energy Management System (EMS) that decides, second by second, whether to charge, discharge or draw from the grid. The result is lower demand charges, reduced diesel-generator use and uninterrupted power for critical loads.
Every BESS is engineered with multi-level safety — thermal management, fire detection and suppression, and compliance with applicable international standards such as IEC 62619 and UL 9540A — and comes with remote monitoring so you always know the state of charge and health of your system.
